| Application: | Removal of casting finishes and finishing of varuous types of steel, bronze and aluminium materials. Grinding of welded sections. Grinding of synthetic resin, slate, marble etc. Cutting of synthetic concrete, stone, brick, marble or other similar hard materials. |

| Running machine: | Fit blade properly. Confirm spindle lock is disengaged by pushing button and turning wheel by hand. Ensure the locknut is fitted the right way. Firmly hold the machine with both hands at a 15 to 30 degree angle and proceed without using too much force. Use a proper extension cord (2,5mm thickness and no longer than 20 metres. |
| Do's and Donts: | Never use without the wheel guard. Never use close to flammable substances. Ensure that the power source delivers between 220 and 230 volts at the end of the source bu checking with a multimeter. Ensure the machine and extension lead do not get wet. Allow a 5 minute cool off period every 15-20 minutes of use. When using machinery in dusty conditions , blow out dust on a daily basis. |

Maintanance Checklist:
a. Strip machine and clean out all dust
b. Check/replace all bearing
c. Check and clean armature
d. Check and clean field coil
e. Check gears and replace grease
f. Clean switch and make sure that there are no loose connections
g. Check/replace brushes
h. See that brush holders are in place and not loose
i. Check electric cord and plug
Testing Equipment Before Hire:
The equipment must be clean and must have a service tag attached to ensure that the workshop completed the standard service before returning the asset to the floor.
The equipment must be taken to the testing station applicable where you will test the machine in front of the customer whislt demonstrating the operation of the asset to the customer.
Ensure that the required safety attire is worn before beginning the equipment test and instruction to the customer and ensure that the customer is in a safe location.
Start the equipment as per the above instruction.
Demonstrate the operation of the equipment as per the operating instructions above.
Shut the equipment down.
The customer must sign that he has recieved training.
