| Product Description: | Mechanical poker, Flex drive 5.5metres |
| Application: | These machines are used for the compaction of concrete, They remove air from the wet mixture of concrete by vibrating the wet concgret and releasing any trapped air inside the mix before it sets. |
| Safety: | This product should not be operated unless proper training has been supplied to the person operating the equipment. Personal protection gear includes: goggels, steel-cap boots, gloves, ear plugs, dust mask, hard-hat. |
| Starting: | Do not try to couple up the poker to the drive unit while the engine is running. This should be done before starting the engine. |
| Running machine: | The poker should never be bent to any great angle. It should not be left in the concrete too long as it will case segregation and weaken the concrete. It should never be allowed to run outside of the concrete for any length of time as it will overheat and seize. The drive units revs should never exceed 2850rpm |

Testing Equipment Before Hire:
The equipment must be clean and must have a service tag attached to ensure that the workshop completed the standard service before returning the asset to the floor.
The equipment must be taken to the testing station applicable where you will test the machine in front of the customer whislt demonstrating the operation of the asset to the customer.
Ensure that the required safety attire is worn before beginning the equipment test and instruction to the customer and ensure that the customer is in a safe location.
Start the equipment as per the above instruction.
Demonstrate the operation of the equipment as per the operating instructions above.
Shut the equipment down.
The customer must sign that he has recieved training.
